Organic Crib Mattress

Make your baby's crib a safe, chemical-free haven with a 100% organic crib mattress from Soaring Heart.  Each mattress is made by hand in their Seattle workshop. Crafted from the finest materials, organic latex, organic wool, and organic cotton, these mattresses will keep your baby as healthy as they are comfortable.

All crib mattresses are made of extra firm latex that safely supports your baby and contain absolutely no chemical fire retardants and are designed for a slatted crib. These mattresses have passed all flame retardants laws using a proprietary needle punched wool.

Size Dimensions: 28.625" x 52.375" x 3.5"  and fit all standard cribs.

Care: Keep your mattress on a slatted crib frame off the ground. This provides proper ventilation, stopping moisture buildup. Flip your mattress monthly.
Always use a mattress pad. The mattress pad protects the mattress from body moisture, spills and accidents. You can clean a mattress pad and a moisture barrier, but you can't clean a mattress.  Please note that the cotton encasement of our mattress is a part of the mattress: it is not a removable cover, and should not be washed.

Materials: Soaring Heart uses latex made from pure rubber tree sap.  Organic wool is used for the fire barrier, and it is selected from only the finest sheep farms in New Zealand.  The cotton used is 100% organically grown in the cotton fields of Texas. GOLS certified.
