Shipping policy

Items that are in stock will ship within 1-2 business days after your order and payment is processed. Shipping dates on pre-order and custom items will be communicated with the customer. Tracking number(s) will be supplied for every order.

• Bumbleride items ship via FedEx.
• Holy Lamb Organics, Soaring Heart, Crescent Moon, and custom embroidered items ship via USPS or UPS, depending on item and your location.
• All other items ship via USPS; please indicate in the notes if you have a preferred carrier. The cost of shipping breakdown is as follows:
  • Orders costing $0-24.99 will ship for $5.
  • Orders costing $25 to 49.99 will ship for $8.
    
  • Orders costing $50 to $74.99 will ship for $13.
  • Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping.

We maintain these shipping prices year round, regardless of the holiday surcharges by all postal carriers in November and December.

FREE local pick-up is available in New York City with appropriate communication.
