Happy Lamb Fleece

Exceptionally cushiony and soft, Happy Lamb Fleece is a wonderful alternative to traditional sheepskin. Premium Eco-Wool is woven into a backing of 100% natural cotton knit. The result is a plush, flexible fleece that has the look and feel of sheepskin without the stiffness, weight, or chemicals of the tanned hide. You can feel good about settling your little one down for nap time on this healthy, all-natural sleep surface. It’ll keep them warm in the winter and cool in summer. And with our On the Go and Bassinet/Stroller options, baby will be cozy wherever you go. Recommended for infants over 3 months of age.

*The King and California King are created by hand stitching two pieces of fleece together. Seam line is on the reverse side and not noticeable on the fleece side.

Caring for and cleaning your Happy Lamb Fleece

Happy Lamb undergoes a natural felting process within the first 6-8 months of consistent use, during which time the fleece takes on a slightly matted appearance. It’s also normal for some of the wool fibers to shed during this break-in process; this fiber loss will decrease once the felting occurs. To keep your Happy Lamb looking and feeling its best, we recommend spot cleaning and sunning. We also recommend placing a sheet atop your fleece products for added protection. If you find it necessary to machine wash your Happy Lamb after the initial break-in period, Happy Lamb Fleece can be machine washed in warm water. Manually set to soak and spin cycles only. Do not use the wash cycle, which agitates and can ruin your Happy Lamb. For stained items, add a dose of live cultured enzymes (try Bac-Out by Biokleen) during soak. Drape in the sun or warm place to dry. Do not wring or machine dry.
